Step 1: Abstract\/Paper Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who can submit an abstract\/paper for the academic conference?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our academic conferences give opportunity to\u00a0academics, practitioners,\u00a0consultants,\u00a0scholars, researchers and policy makers<\/strong>\u00a0with different backgrounds and experiences, to\u00a0present their papers in the\u00a0conference\u00a0and to discuss their experiences, new ideas, research results, as well as\u00a0any practical challenges encountered and\/or the solutions adopted during their work.<\/p>\n

Conference committee highly encourages\u00a0doctorate (PhD) and postgraduate students<\/strong>\u00a0to present their research\u00a0proposal, or literature review, or findings, or issues in this conference with a very special registration fees. Case studies, abstracts of research in progress, as well as full research papers will be considered for the conference program for presentation purposes.<\/p>\n

Academic Paper Submission (To be published in the proceedings) \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

All submitted academic papers will be peer reviewed.\u00a0Please submit the full academic paper only if the abstract submission has been officially accepted.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 2: Notification of Acceptance \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ordinarily, the committee reaches its decision within\u00a0two week<\/em><\/strong>s after abstract submission and we issue an acceptance letter to the delegates to register for the conference.\u00a0The acceptance letter is NOT valid to apply for the entry clearance application.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3: Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration fee\u00a0includes participation\u00a0in the conference, publication of the contribution, conference attendance, and certificate, lunch during conference, badge,\u00a0conference bag and\/or conference accessories\u00a0and\u00a0coffee breaks.<\/p>\n

Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing\/email to the Conference Secretariat\/Chair.<\/li>\n
  2. Cancellation received on or before 1st January 2018 will receive a full refund less 15% for administrative fee Plus any transfer fee.<\/li>\n
  3. No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 1st January, 2018<\/li>\n
  4. All applicable refunds will be made within two months after the Conference is completed.<\/li>\n
